About Liza 
Born in Bath and with over four years experience, Liza holds qualifications in Holistic Massage, Indian Head Massage, Thai Massage, Reiki level two, dowsing and First Aid.
Liza has a strong commitment to continuing professional development and is currently on a two year training apprenticeship for Reiki Masters (level three). Reiki is the most positive learning experience Liza has encountered. Practising it has strengthened her energy, helped find her true self and passion.
Liza leads a healthy and active life by eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, meditating and receiving various therapies. Reiki and massage are an extension of her personal philosophy of living naturally and to the fullest.
What does Liza believe?
Liza works with compassion, higher wisdom, knowledge, honesty, trust and faith. Liza believes healing takes place on all levels - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. She believes the body has the ability to heal itself.
Liza has a holistic and spiritual approach to health and wellbeing and believes that everyBODY works differently and is unique. Liza advises you to listen to your inner self and follow your intuition.
